no suit goes over 100pg now. it would be very hard to balance, and that's before putting basics into this. imagine a basic suit with more pg then a base protosuit? the microaux core was created because the pg%bonus was not strong enough on frigate...

you do know the amarr assault has by far the highest cpu and pg at the moment? plus the SR's are losing a lot of pg. downgrade a couple of modules a level.

we all know the medium slots all need a rebalance in almost every sense of the word. They might decide the balance for assault pg is lower then current amarr levels. besides, only amarr mediums are a slot down.

the problem is 3 precision enhancers is needed to catch 1 damped scouts. a scout can hide with little effect, and it takes a cal scout heavily investing to catch lightly damped scouts. this swings the damp v cal scout precision way towards damping.

so you want a sniper rifle with a bigger bonus against armor, but do almost nothing against shields. might as well just put exploding rounds in, do explosive damage. i also doubt CCP's code for this game can let stuff hit armor when shields are up.
