I'd switch put the RR for an ACR. Then I'd switch the Assault SMG for a Breach SMG or Nova Knives(cuz Minja). Flux grenades. For the shields. Equipment seems fine. Your slots seem fine.

Yup. They're OP. They have 700 Shields and repair at 150 HP/s. They're impossible to kill with a CR. Then they triple stack Kin Cats so they can strafe faster than a chicken on crack. Impossible to hit.
