The logi suit don't need base repair it +1per lvl, the amarr logi get a 5% bonus per lvl that bonus effect the repair module I ask ccp in the reddit post, so proto logi have hp/s base armor repair, and the amarr logi give a 15% bonuse to the modul...

My amarr logi will have 30% bonus to self reps plus a base of 5hp/s with to module of 5hp/s my self rep will be 18 and going to have proto Armor extender. So base armor will be 295 with 18hp/s I thank that awesome.

With 4 low slot you have melee damage mod, speed mods, rep mods, dampers, armor mods, pg upgrade, CPU upgrade, and ect... With all these choices combos look good, I personally like 4 rep mod for 23hp/s.
