Okay today I put all may SP in to the heavy and it was bad the heavy suit was okay then we
move on to the HMG damage nerf ended the heavy, the HMG damage is the problem. |

Ouch... I only upgraded the basic heavy to Proto, and have proto HMG's. Played 3-4 games with the heavy, then took the rest of my SP and made an Amarr medium suit. 
Having ALLOT more fun with that suit...sadly. Less SP spent, but tons more fun. It saddens me tbh. Really hoping CCP looks into the HMG.
Quite a few people signed this thread, and people that I've never seen post anywhere before. People are THAT affected by the nerf that they come here and sign.
Please CCP, look into the HMG. |

I'm running assault bro! Allot less ISK being risk, allot more fun playing, and less frustration tbh. I have my Heavy suit class there, but it'll rarely come out now. |

*Signs* Again probably, but I don't care. I'm currently working my way to Gall logi (that's my race, so I want to stick to it as much as possible) and have left the heavy behind indefinitely. I miss it already. How could you, CCP? Even IWS knows something was badly screwed up with the HMG and he doesn't even play heavy very often. |

Yeah I was under the impression that skill was replacing the old SS across the board. Was pretty disappointed once I first logged into Uprising and noticed.
Tbh though the main limting factor that I noticed is having to get used to the new controls. It's kind of hard to tell how much the HMG got nerfed when it's a hassle staying on target in CQC.
Got to say though, the nerf to distance is workable with the nerf to scanning, makes the game feel more tactical.
Oh yeah haven't tried the Sentinal suits but there slot loadout looks sub par compared to the Basic Amarr Heavy Frame, the suit I'm using feels just like a Type B from last build only faster. |

I was a heavy last build and was shocked by the nerfs. I have yet to allocate any of my SP anywhere but I must just say that I took down an HMG with an SMG by myself. Head-on. This cannot stand. Add my name to the list. |

I will add my name to this list. I was a heavy since the closed beta, and it was the most frustrating thing seeing my beloved HMG become almost worthless. I had to run militia logi to prevent myself from going completely bankrupt, in only one game! Now I'm going for an Amarr Logi build. I want to be useful, not idealistic. But I want my HMG back. :'( |

i'd like to add my name. I was playing through the open beta, and saved up SP to become a Heavy SPECIFICALLY. I don't necessarily mind the damage nerf, or even the range (the faces are priceless running full blast HMG right into a cornered AR) but the area of fire should be smaller. Not dramatically, but enough so that if i am aiming at someone i expect bullets to engage enemy, not the DUST
This comes from someone who has logged several hours after buying a new PS3 today because your game burned out my gen 1 and would not let me play any longer then 1 match (or even shutting off while I'm in MQ)
I am a dedicated heavy and will play around with it till I run out of ISK but please do something.
I promise to try and not shoot any other heavies, same with any logis helping a heavy (but only if your helping a heavy).
AND IF YOU ARE AN AR I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN... AND YOUR BUDDIES  |

At this point you should try and shoot heavies.
Heavies vs Heavies is the most fun. Just putting your name down as protesting the nerf is good enough 
The truce is about all heavies coming together, enemies or opponents. Having a cease fire of sorts is counter productive. |

I sank the majority of my SP into it man! I saved some SP just in case. Thankfully i had enough SP to make an OK Assault fit. I still pull out the heavy suit in certain situations and maps, but as it is right now, I've played more assault this build than heavy. |
