Lol You guys really do not read the forums, just come in and post. Yes the problem is the armor & shield skill are not loading when you spawn, they will load after a short period of time. CCP is well aware of this problem and working on a fix....

So when we had the repair tool exploit in almost every match you enter in less then a minute there were orbital strike raining down from people abusing the exploit. When you could glitch inside of the center of the objective in almost every match...

Just a idea I had and thought I would shot it out here. In PC matches your sp does not count against your cap and once you're capped you can continue to collect sp.
