So I went and used the Dust fitting tool. Using my stats and 2 MLT dampeners I got a 35.48 dB profile. So yes, using my stats (profile dampening lvl 2) and 2 MLT dampeners will prevent scans from all except PRO and Duvolle Focused active scanners...
