Increased hack speed is definitely good. Don't know if I'd be willing to give up a module for it though, I'd suggest leveling up systems hacking and just using its passive. +25% to hack speed is pretty good, especially if you're using a Minmatar L...

Well we know it's coming out sometime time in 2014. The EVE 2nd decade collector's edition comes with a code that says it gives you a special edition fighter in EVE Valkyrie and the fighter is labeled as "Available in 2014".
