hmm, I don't know about swarms. But you can destroy the neutral installations with Forge guns and tanks already. I do it all the time.

Yeah, as a rule of thumb you can just count to 4 (ticks that is) and throw now. Unless the enemy is right in your face. In that case keep jumping while you cook and count to five, haha.
