I can definately confirm that people are losing legitimate ISK despite never overspending/recieving the bugged ISK. Lost -8,413,645 ISK and wasn't affected by the double ISK bug that happened earlier.

If you're in melee distance and the person has no shields, its one of the strongest sidearms by far if you can keep the crosshair on them. Only downside is the horrible hitreg due to its extreme RoF and pillow throw distances.
