What is the point of 1 respec in 1 year? You can get 20mill SP during that time without boosters. Enough to master even multiple roles. Respec would make this whole training system pointless. If you want to be effective in multiple roles to be ab...

It happened to me 2 times. When I joined to a battle and saw that the other team had strong squads while my team had none, I left the battle and joined on the other side. No rewards at the end.
