I do a two lap warm up, static stretching, Kinetic stretching, followed by a mile extended warmup. After that I do 3x1200m laps, followed quickly by 4x200m speed intervals. I then do a mile cool down and semi stretch. Then I'm ready for Dust 514.

It's because there's no other useful Caldari Sidearm that can be used effectively by Caldari Assault's and Sentinels. Also the RR fail-to-fire glitch makes the gun extremely unreliable in CQC.
