Because people don't like to experiment to find a fit they like. The Minmatar Scout for example can be a great frontlines suit, but everyone is convinced that up tanking is wrong on Minmatar Scouts, even though it works.

And replaced with a laser guided weapon. The biggest issue with them is that it is hard to balance a weapon that is so easy to operate. To be honest I think laser guided is the way to go. You still fire missiles, but you have to keep aiming at yo...
