Today the new matchmaking seems to be exposing me to a lot of afk sp and isk farmers. Normally I see 0-2 people afk farming in a match with a pretty even distribution. I have about 3 million SP and earned all of it by actually playing the game....

No I use packed AV's, it will take 7-8 at least against active hardeners. It's more or less impossible to solo kill. You are going to need to be receiving AV support from another player (ideally a good forge user) if you want to kill it.
