Care to explain how this was done? Boosting 135 melee damage to over 850 would require 625% dmg boosting. Are biotics mods that messed up, or can you headshot with melee?!

Why not just make beta merc packs worth a pack now, and another at launch? Sure it will cost you some revenue from beta players for the first few months of the actual release, but it's a nice way to reward the players who are supporting your game...
