I already ran a cardiac reg pre 1.2 I still feel slower and would love for CCP to give scouts overall a slight movement and sprint speed. Not really feeling the stamina hit (if there was one) though and I only have a Lv1 regulator.

MD fires "grenades" so why is it better to throw contact grenades than use a Mass Driver. MD simply needs to be buffed in damage even if you have to balance it in some other way to stop it from being vastly overpowered.
