Yes, I'm running fits with both the new plates. I usually stack one Basic Plate, One Enhanced Ferroscale and One Enhanced Reactive + Shields. Although I do run fits with 3 Ferroscale, 3 Enhanced Basic Plates etc etc, depends on the fit I suppose, ...

ADV Caldari Medium, then going PRO Caldari Medium for more slots, more PG, more dmg mods. I don't have any shields or armor whatsoever, running three 10% DMG mods, 2 CPU upgrades, SMG, Packed AV and Compact Nanohive. Works pretty well.
