That would be pretty awesome, a Sniper rifle that does basically no damage against a torso but can 1 Shot even a full proto wearing super heavy or Logi if you pop them in the head with a charge shot.

It actually isn't nessecary. If they are doing deployable shield domes, all you gotta do is chuck one down on your fallen friend and then you can rez them with no problem.
