A grenade that makes your cameras tweak out for a second or two could be useful, I imagine the camera system itself could account for a quick burst of light, mildly annoying the merc at best. Get in there and screw with the signal for a few second...

Breach ARs fire rate is too low for the new strafe speeds, it's waaaay too situational. Anything the breach AR can do, a shotgun can usually do better.
