-Caldari Assault = ~2.0 million SP
-Assault Scrambler Rifle with prof. lvl 5 = ~1.5 million SP
-Shield Extenders = ~800k SP
-Misc. (CPU Upgrades, Equipment, Grenades, etc.) = +500k SP
Adding everything gives around 5 million SP.
At 24k passive per day = 672k passive SP per month
Grinding every week 190k active SP = 760k active SP per month
Adding both I can have 5 million SP in 3.5 months!!!!!
I seriously need a respec .

To be fair, 3.5 months for completing "end-game" content for your new role is not bad at all, imo, what is required for your "minimums" as well as to become competitive is substantially lower. |

lol, I was thinking AUR contact grenades. So much SP for the proto ones and no bonus from the skill is just a waste imo.

I would not get the caldari assault over the caldari medium frame if i was you, unless you wanna pay twice the sp cost for an enhanced shield recharger and a stupid role bonus. |

It wasn't that bad sure, when I was a noob. I'm tired of my role and the grind is unbearable. 3.5 months is almost PS4 release. That's a lot of time.

CCP needs to L2FPS
There's no evolution of skills, just a big bucket that slowly fills up.
Skills that are no longer useful to me sit there collecting DUST when they could be better served elsewhere. It's a damn shame that they haven't figured out a slow passive SP reallocation system yet, that would do wonders for this game. |

No just no. In most MMOs it takes at the most 6 months to get to max level and have good enough gear to PvP effectively or do raids if you know what you're doing. It also goes faster if you know high levels that can power grind you and help you get good gear. |

I decided to max out dropsuit core upgrades 100%. Every single skill under that tree is lvl 5 now. That's about 11-12 million of my nearly 18 mill pool. Any infantry role I choose to take now is more or less sorted. I haven't touched shield or stamina yet though...and won't any time soon.
So yeah, that was a WHOLE lotta grinding! :) But now I am nice set up for the future. :D Soon I'll do the same for vehicles. Core upgrades rock. :D |

So you don't want extra shield recharge speed and extra shields on one of two shield tanking racial suits. . . wha?

While that seem cool, it feels like a waste because of the huge SP sink. Only core upgrades I have is shield and armor upgrades to the max, armor extension to the max, working in shield extension now, some engineering/PG and precision enhancement. I level up the CPU/PG skill whether I feel my suit really needs it. Sometimes it's just better to upgrade to proto suit. But the shields/armor upgrades lvl 5 feel nice on STD suits.
