The eve pilot needs to link with the satellite over the district & have one of the correct ammo types loaded. When the squad leader requests the tactical strike(not precision), the capsuleer can then fire the strike.

So today I get 2 kills with flux grenades, on heavies no less. Sorry Howdidthattaste , even I wasn't expecting that. This has not happened since precursorer or possibly earlier. Has anyone else noticed & is this intentional CCP?

Just so long as there is a sufficient penalty for TKing. I can't tell you how many times I got shot in the back by a team mate, who wanted the points for capping an objective in MAG. Though personally I welcome it, as the Pros outweigh the Cons.

Agreed, don't nerf the heavies. I'm a scout in a type-I, & heavies rip through my dropsuit in literally 1.5 seconds & they are suppose to. if i'm in front of an HMG, either i'm behind cover or dead. IMO slightly OP weapons are a good thing...

It is actually in place to prevent people from farming ISK. By creating a new character & donating their starter funds, rinse & repeat. It seemed pointless to me, but people did it nonetheless.
