More than likely TKing will be restricted to null sec. I doubt griefers would be willing to sacrifice expensive fits, just for the sake of team killing. Now if they're being paid to sabotage the enemy, that's a different story.

I have both. & I still prefer Dust over PS2. Everyone has their own preferences, & will enjoy different things. Some prefer vanilla over chocolate. Just because a game has prettier graphics & what not, doesn't make it more enjoyable.

BTW, you know the scanner is working when the reds blink on/off on the mini map. Some will stay exposed & others may disappear immediately. It just depends on their signature, & your analyst skills/mods.

As for scanners vs spotters. Unless I'm mistaken, enemies detected with scanners appear for the entire team. Where as enemies detected by spotters only appear for their squad. I have witnessed random blues in gun fights, & the red doesn't show...

I don't know if scanners are bugged or not. But they definitely work for me. I think people's expectations are too high. & players profile signatures vary greatly, so results are not consistent.
