Amarr usually only have 1 squad per game where Minmatar usually have 1 squad plus at least 3 competent blueberries at all times. Amarr always loses in the game of competent blueberries.

I hope they just give all scouts 2 equipment slots and give them a bonus to equipping them. So you can have the utility of two piece of equipment with a gimped tank or DPS or one piece of equipment, a cloak, and a decent tank.
