This has been around for awhile. You need a turret on your tank to avoid it. It just pushes them aside if friendly fire isn't on, but otherwise, you might as well be sitting parked on top of a friendly uplink.

Unless you're running a melee or speed fit, they're pretty useless. The Minmatar don't even generally need them, so... outside of lol's, they're worthless, especially with vehicles, drop uplinks and recently, closer spawn points.

Surprisingly enough, it's still not very much, even at a full one second delay. I haven't been playing with a cloak much lately, but I could barely tell there was a delay when switching to my ACR or KN's. Liking the fix, but it still wouldn't hurt...
