Squad up, means less people have to get searched out, usually makes for much faster que times from what I've seen. I almost can never get in a game of FW solo unless I select all four races, but when I'm in a squad, it's usually under five minutes.

What Joseph said. If you've got all that and really want to get rid of it, the best thing you can do is buy a ton of Aurum gear and sell it on the market. I believe turrets get you the best selling price, but... I'd definitely recommend keeping it...
