In EVE, shields increase your ship's signature, making it easier to hit. I wouldn't add a penalty like that to Dust since it would be broken to tamper with hit boxes, but adding a shield recharge delay penalty would work since so many shield tanke...

Are we talking tybe A or type B Tsundere? When you think bitter vet, it's usually type A, demonstrating the colder Tsun side of the trope. But there are quite a few type B that are more Dere or sweet personality.
