Yeah, I started to notice this after a couple of battles. The repper seems to be hit or miss and you have to pull it out again. Also, injectors have a long pause when using the shortcut and the equipment radial is overall sluggish.

I have scanning maxed and use a complex range amplifier on my mass driver fittings. It comes in pretty handy with situational awareness since I rarely get snuck up on anymore. Scouts are still a PITA with their inherent dampening bonus.
