There's a difference between prestige and having 50 million so. You would have all core skills+maxed out weapons+proto suits+vehicles. Someone at 10 million so would be at a giant disavataged.

Maybe about 50 HP for your actual clone health. Maybe give it a skill that increases it by 5-10 percent per level(or just 5-10 point per level)
