It's a side arm, it's more effect to armor, and its 148.5 base damage (891 base damage / clip)... stop using it like a heavy/ hmg combo, running into a firestorm thinking a side arm is going to stand toe to toe with a light weapon.

Open up with 4-6 round burst to destroy shields, switch to mass driver and finish the armor. damage %'s are extremely important now... so pay attention to how guns effect shields & armor.
