They aren't very popular since 1.4 I'd like to see a slight increase from (x1.25) to (x1.35) at proto (1.35, 1.30, 1.2) This would bring back the popularity I think. Perhaps if they got an even greater increase (x1.5) for a loss of shields (0.92) ...
