Rampage does hop corps a lot, but to be fair, so do I. The difference is, I switch corps because one offers to pay me more than the other (a humble mercenary), whereas Rampage will hop corps because one is 'winning' or is 'cooler'- (a knight with self-esteem issues). The only corp I ever really wanted to be in was PFBHz and that's long gone so whatevs.
