Rail Rifle as a new weapon. Burst Plasma Cannon (shorter reload time or 2 shot clip. OR JUST FIX THE PLASMA CANNON. kthnx Burst Scrambler rifle would be cool, but you could charge the burst up, one charge burst would insta overheat the gun.
