You lock these threads so that we all have to reply to GM Grave then nobody from CCP clicks on that thread so they don't have to be reminded of their failure to do something they promised. Heck, you don't even have to give us a timeframe, just give us updated info. |

Not sure how this is helpful. Most of us waiting have sent in several tickets and have gotten the same canned replies back. OP isn't an idiot he is asking for a reply with something useful.
To all that got their repec's... good for you STFU. We have been waiting for the better part of a month. It is extremely unfair to those players that requested before the deadline and did not receive them with everyone else.
Let me ask you why do we not deserve an answer. I put all of my skill points into misleading and worthless skills. I deserve the same respec people whom put their ticket latter then mine. One person in my corp put theirs in on the 20th another in on the 22nd, I put mine in on the 17th. I have spent $80 on this game, and have been here since the E3 build of last year. I deserve a little communication and that is all the OP is asking for. |

I've been waiting well over a month.
I've filled in four different tickets now asking for a Aurum Account Reset, each have timed out.
I was told I was part of the first batch. Obviously not.
I have no time frame given to me.
I'm well past the 12.000.000 SP limit I set myself and still waiting

At least you didn't get your respec like I did on the same day as the ISK debacle. What they did is I got all my SP refunded to me and then they messed up the ISK by giving me the EXACT amount of ISK that I received during the Uprising (deployment / inventory sell off) 89 Mil ISK, then when they turned around 2 days later and removed the "Extra" ISK they removed the EXACT amount that was given to me 89 Mil ISK.
If you don't get what that means it means that they pocketed all the ISK that was spent on skill books, it just disappeared into the nether world of New Eden.
Hurts the pocketbook enough being a vehicle specialist, then to get roughly 20 mil worth of skill books ganked from my account as well was just adding salt to a freshly stealth nerfed wound. |
