What would I want? Well, finally getting my requested optional respec wouldn't be that bad. But in reality, I think extending the Templar event and doing something about the active booster as mentioned previously would be ideal.

A question: I submitted my ticket on the 29th (after submitting one a week before that apparently did not go through) and got the confirmation email. Now my ticket is still open, but should I worry if it gets closed?
