I didn't mean to say that it's useless, that would be silly. All I was trying to say is that the reload speed bonus is more beneficial than the +10% Bonus.

You don't skill into the Minmatar Commando for the +10% Damage, you skill into it for the Reload Speed. That aside, I don't recommend the MinCom as it's not very friendly for new players. Though if I may ask, is there anything else you're skilled...
