So when you are at zero shields, you're in armour, and you take a subsequent hit (resetting the delay) it uses the standard delay rather than the depleted delay, correct?

On a more serious note, the SCR is the hardest hit of the rifles due to the proficiency changes. Armour is going to be exceedingly common and dual tanking will be very prevalent, so you're almost guaranteed to come up against several strong armour...
