Parsons thank you yes it was that. Jenza you actually get them in groups of 5 it just so happens that you usually only notice once you have 10 of them. I've seen them in in the salvage list. Either way end result, officer loot is bloody awesome,...

I found this P-A something something scrambler pistol, it did 107 base damage per shot, I think I was comparable to some sniper rifles xD oh yeah it has a base clip of 12 so your max becomes 17 if you have the right skills. Crazy backup weapon.
