From what I know mobile broadband has good bandwidth but terrible ping, So downloading something big won't be a problem but the latency of the connection between you and the server will be too high.

I think your ammo ideas are too powerful. Instead, make it a scout weapon and concentrate on utility, for example; Normal Arrow - Tungsten Carbide Arrowheads
