Probably a Logi suit. I would say the cal Logi but I do not know what affect the drop in CPU had. But if you are not fitting equipment then you should be fine.

If you want a gallente sniper then either choose gallente Assault or Logi. Either way just go into gallente basic medium frames to test it out. A high sp sniper can destroy sniper scouts especially low SP ones.
