You don't get wp from back to back revives anymore. It works a little more like repair wp.

You'd think with the number of orbitals generated there your team might've actually won....

what? this is not legit in New Eden? after all you can back stab people, deceiving members that you are friends while actually you are not only to f*ck them in the ass even harder, steal isk from the corp wallet which it is also includes corp members isk. kick corp members, awoxing and team killing the team basically sabotaging the whole game (really hard to do now), steal the corporation from its CEO (happened to someone recently), burping on the coms like an inconsiderate f*ck. but you cant boost?

The only difficult part would be getting put on separate teams, either with a friend or by yourself if you've got two PS3s

Have one guy be the death bag, and the other guy just revives him with a crap nanite injector, then kills him, so on and so forth throughout the match.

Have him sit at the edge of your nanohive firing off a couple rounds as he dies to net a few extra WP. Set up proto uplinks in hard to destroy spots before doing this, oodles of WP indeed.

Vets ultimately will be there for a long time for many reasons.

They were the first on the leaderboards.

Many were never victims of protostomping so their K/D R was not ruined for the first month of game play.

Stat tracking was completely broken for skirmish up until Uprising.

Many continue to protostomp new players easily manipulating KD/R and further securing their place on the leaderboards.

Not complaining nor accusing at all, however:

If there are only 150 clones + the original 16 players at start of battle, how can anyone get that many frags from one battle?
I realize that revival accounts for some of them, perhaps, but if that's the only explanation, then some people died and were revived an awful lot of times in that battle for 1 player to get more than double the original clone count as kills.

Am I missing something here?

BUT let me ask you this, do other fps have a skill tree and sp system with wp ( orbital ) system and all the depth this game does? didn't think so. YOU and the rest of the people doing this need to be taught a lesson, what better way then a full sp/isk removal stat reset no aur refund or a perma ban.. your choice. Otherwise, in 2 months this will be the new sp capping method.

Are you guys serious? Bans for this old, old, OLD way of boosting K/DR? If you have never seen anyone do this in a FPS you should just go back to EVE and stop playing FPSs all together. BTW this is not something new, people have been doing this in online FPS since the 90s and that is why leader boards are worthless.

Don't give a confirmed kill until the clone terminates, and cut the warpoints in half every time you down the same target within a 2 minute window.

Not sure why its such an incredibly difficult problem to solve.

What I like about this method is in DUST and EVE espionage and treason are both very respectable career paths. What this method of playing falls under is both of those categories. Infiltrate the enemy team and boost your WP up to a high level to continuously drop OBs on them. If you catch a random player in this cycle it should be fair gameplay because you are a MERC and MERCs fight for their own goals. If you use a smurf to do it, same difference.

PSN id or IP ban. Either way would make me happy. Anything less just encourages it to happen more.

EDIT: How exactly do you choose which server you run on? I only get tranquility.

Actually,the easiest solution for all AFK'er is extremely simple and I'm surprised that no one has mentioned it.Add friendly fire to all game modes,that way we the players can police ourselves and CCP can continue to do nothing to stop exploits.

Unfortunately,this would further open the door to other issues as well,so...

when you see people losing all their sp and isk, or thier entire account, or their IP blocked. You will stop and go " gee < is this really worth doing"..

CCP cannot block your IP, they will not lose SP and ISK or their entire account. CCP actually encourages back stabbing and trickery.
