Woot, first post in 2 weeks!
sooooo.. yeh bro ( smexy gorilarape ).. first off, your name is offensive and I will petition for it and all your little friends with the gorillarape trademark to have it changed. Secondly I will also be petitioning for you to be banned. Does this happen in other games? yes. BUT let me ask you this, do other fps have a skill tree and sp system with wp ( orbital ) system and all the depth this game does? didn't think so. YOU and the rest of the people doing this need to be taught a lesson, what better way then a full sp/isk removal stat reset no aur refund or a perma ban.. your choice. Otherwise, in 2 months this will be the new sp capping method.
Thank you to the OP for bringing this to the communities attention and not just sending in a ticket. It would have been swept under the rug most likely until it grew into a giant pink elephant in the room.
we do NOT need ccp to allocate lots of resources to finding an entirely new method for wp.. so burn em all I say! |

NO , why make a change that will hurt legit killers. can't kill a guy for 2 minutes again for +50 wp but only 25wp. It would still be boostable, and would hurt the real killers.. so no |

Those my friend are not considered exploits.. ask a few top goons in eve what happens when you exploit. New Eden may seem completely lawless at times , but there are boundaries... this clearly crosses them.

Say no to boosting. THIS IS NOT LIKE AFK , afk does not earn 18k war points. Burn em all CCP. They must be taught. If you will not perma ban them, you should at least punish them in a meaningful way, remove all isk from all characters on their IP , or reduce skill points to half. SOMETHING.. or this **** will happen alot, I love how you guys like to continue making this game have no purpose |

If he had pull this off on american server with full squads working together or in a PC match.. well maybe then I could see your argument, but people could still do it like he was on low pop servers clearly abusing the system... so no, it is not acceptable and I don't get how the hell you people keep agreeing with it as a good thing.
Is it because you like the idea and want to abuse it also for yourselves?

agreed. them trying to find a fix for it will only do one thing.. gimp the wp legit players make. which is fkn pathetic and sad tbh since it has been in motion like this for quite some time. They need to punish them, otherwise they will continue finding new ways and ccp will continue gimping the rewards.
when you see people losing all their sp and isk, or thier entire account, or their IP blocked. You will stop and go " gee < is this really worth doing"..
if you know they going to do nothing to you and just simply try preventing you from doing it again you would go " well damn, I can make alot of wp isk and whatever this way, it's not legit probably an exploit but fk it.. whats the worse that can happen"

We don't need gimped even further due to boosters.
They are why we can't repair vehicles, they are why we only get so many points repairing suits , they are the reason drop ships will never get wp love. They are why here soon you will not get many wp for killing some guy 3 times in a row.

CCP cannot block your IP, they will not lose SP and ISK or their entire account. CCP actually encourages back stabbing and trickery.
that's not back stabbing, nor is it trickery.. if it were so, please do explain to me why they said this is an exploit and are working on a way RIGHT NOW to fix it? which will most likely, gimp our wp rewards yet again.. so keep telling yourself it's ok and then don't come here bitching when you cn't get as many wp when you are a legit effective killer. |
