Yes, that is why I keep playing. CCP has similar problems with the launch of EvE. This is a new experience for CCP, a console FPS game. The are new here, they will adapt and they will pull through.
I literally only trust 2 companies these days. And they are Sony and CCP and together, they can and will make DUST work. But they will need to intergrate it to PS4 because most people won't use their PS3 much after the PS4 launch. |

I have buddies who swear by CCP and I think the game has lots of potential.

Its not just CCP, its the goddamn players as well and I don't mean the forums, I mean in game.
The entire game is filled with negative reinforcements that creates the WORST possible, anti-team player behaviour possible. People start out as self-centred asshats and then the game makes them worse.
The fact that you earn as much MCC afking as you do fighting the whole match is utterly beyond me. Then we have the null cannons, why risk getting shot in the back taking the null cannon for 100xp when you can camp it and kill 2 others trying to cap it for the same xp and no risk. The LAV ****** who circles around the fight running over half his team but none of the enemy and won't hop out to flip the null cannon or take that clone chamber he just drove past.
The whole game is wall to wall lunatics and its going to take modifying 50 different anti-social, anti-team elements in the game to clear out these dipshits and get even the vaguest semblance of team play going again. |

Dust does not need to go to PS4. IMO it needs to go to PC. Everyone will be happier. Btw just to make it clear, I dont play FPS on PC. |

Yes, but its a struggle. I have faith in their ability to keep going and to (eventually) learn from their mistakes. I think there is something seriously broken in the Dust development/game design team right now, but CCP senior management is probably aware of that and looking for ways to fix it.
My other question is: why would anyone post a "no" here? If you have no faith in CCP any more, why are you even reading these forums? |
