Not enough opinions yet to update It seems as time goes on people read what CCP has to say and lose even more faith. CCP's idea of "Colaberation" has become a media ploy to garner support from people not fimiliar with these forums. They're running a dangerous game that people won't drop by here and see the negativity everywhere. Yet the expect people to look at announcements to get up-to-date information on events - which they've stopped even doing. I still keep faith, however.

The game hasn't turned out to be anything like it was advertised (especially the thing about "clearing drone infestations"). CCP bought me on a "vision", but didn't deliver a product. I don't like that. Then they went live with an incomplete product full of bugs and holes. I don't like that, either. Maybe they want to deliberately start off ugly, so we can appreciate the improvements later. That's manipulative. Either way, my faith is still intact, but I'll probably be going to Destiny if Dust doesn't start getting things together. All it would take is a game like Destiny to mimic Dust in a few ways (passive exp gain, economic control, potential meta), and I would be gone permanently. Because those are the only 3 things keeping me here right now.

The forums on EVE-Online are very similiar to Dust, where the impatient and uneducated spout their rage posts. I do think CCP have been pushed about a bit by Sony and that there may be problems with numbers of employees working on Dust however I hold CCP to their promise that Dust is a long-term game and will be continuously updated and the fact that it is free and downloadable means that if people do leave they are bound to come back (especially considering they would have alot of SP generated since the last time they played.)
