 You said that you were going to ask us what we thought about the spawn system and perhaps have a vote on the "fix".
 
 This fix is terrible.
 
 Huge teamfire blob.
 
 Run with giant teamfire blob fire at know spawn point where the other team will spawn.
 
 Blat down that spawn.
 
 Move on to next known spawn blob.
 
 Haven't been in a single match where we didn't completely stomp the other team.
 
 This is a bad joke.
 
 The match time has gone down even further which I wasn't sure was possible.
 
 BTW - thanks for another silent ninja patch :(

 Couldn't figure out why their whole team was spawning together.

 Here's my idea to fix spawning:
 
 You spawn into a catapult off map... Aim it where you want to go, and cut the rope! A human mass driver!

 Haven't played ambush today yet, but I witnessed this watching the IGN live stream, and it looked stupid. Blue blob ran at red blob's spawn, and then proceeded to spawn camp them for 20-30 clones before red blob finally spawned somewhere differently.
 
 The maps are way too stupid for this kind of spawn system.

 But many people wanted a fix. Now every team spawns in opposite ends, it seems like a fair fix imo. Not that I wanted a fix, spawning next to a bad guy was fun.

 Well, just got to experience these firsthand for the past few hours now, and they're as bad or worse than I expected from what I previously saw.
 
 The problem:
 
 Game is now blob vs blob. First red dot to appear, you know where they all are. Big clash that lasts about 20 secs, then first blob to win goes on to spawn camp the other team until they have a significant lead. After a while, the game finally decides the wrecked team should spawn somewhere else, and it starts all over again.
 
 This spawn system would be nice if it only affected the first 30-60 secs of a match. Having it function like this the entire game is just an entire team in a roaming spawn camp, really.

 I used to play Skirmish more than Ambush only because I like the mode better seeing as you have something to defend and attack. Now I will never play Ambush because of this lame spawn system, er I mean I will never play 'Zergbush' ever again.
 
 Seriously, change it back to the way it was ASAP, even though the spawns in the old Ambush weren't optimal it was far better than this. I am yet to try Ambush OMS but hopefully it has the orirginal spawns.
 
 There's no fun in having two zergs running around, no point in trying to be tactical at all.

 No new system is better.. no more insta spawn kill and encourage teamwork.

 ya I like It myself, it isn't like it used to be, but now I find that we spawn in a group, fight as more of a team, and the games are more interesting.
 
 as for teams getting rolled, that happens in every game mode and every type of play, it happens when one team is better then the other.
 
 I believe you're mixing up an uneven team for a problem with the spawn system.

 How about a NEW SPAWN SYSTEM for ambush. you get 3 choices .
 
 1 New hot drop anywhere on map. The disadvantage is obviously people will see you come in and you will be disoriented.
 2 unlinks
 3 random spawn.old system.

 I like the fact that at the beginning of the match the whole team/squads spawn together. I agree with Tiel that after the first spawn in, it should revert back to the old way.
 
 Yesterday some of us didn't know anything about the new system (HELLO CCP NO ANNOUNCEMENT).

 After we figured this out, it was easy to "game" the new system. The games we participated in lasted on average about 4-5mins and sometimes shorter.
 
 The new system spawns a blob, we goto the blob and kill them. System still thinks red dots are in area and keeps spawning more people there, we farm them soon as they spawn in.
 
 Had one game where we killed 40 people at one spawn due to the above mentioned "kink" in the system.
