So what kind of logi are you logi bro's? I feel there is so many options in the logi class, medics, supply support, tank logi, tac. insertion, etc. As the name suggests I'm pure medic mostly how bout my other logi bro's? |

I carry ammo nanohive, triage repair and injector. I also run 2 repairers since usually I am not in the thick of it trying for kills, but supporting a team to keep them killing, pitching in when I have to to save a butt or two. I'm a little surprised how many assaults are running nanohives and injectors though, so I usually end up repairing heavies most of the time.
I've been trying to figure out tanks and dropships, but with little success. It's a costly training proceedure, and my skills are not levelled to get into a good one yet. |

I have two Logi fittings. The first uses the injector, the repair tool, and nanohives; the second also uses the nanohives and the repair tool, but replaces the injector with a drop uplink. |

FYI to my other logi bros, because I actually just found this out but the Compact hive is a rep hive too. It's more of a burner hive, but it has a low cpu/pg buy in though. |

I'm mainly a revive, repair, and re-supply Logi. I do have just enough SP invested in armor, shields, and SMG skills to be dangerous in CQC. I want to make another fitting that allows me to be a sneaky-hacker-medic though. I really enjoy playing as a Logi. Feels great to be a deciding factor when holding a tough objective under heavy fire. I just wish more mercs would try as hard to revive us as we do to revive and repair them. |

I'm your basic tank bro Logi. I only really play this when a few of my buddies are on and one is a heavy so I like to stick with him. I still use the basic artificer dropsuit though so only two equipment slots. I stick with the injector and repair tool, ammo is plenty with all these supply depots and my enforcer buddy runs uplinks. Been thinking about upgrading my dropsuit but I want to wait for the racial dropsuits that are coming soon. |

I have no set fit. You have 30 different possible slots for suit fittings, and the logibro is likely the first one to fill those all up. I know I don't have enough. There are certain situations for me that dictated having 3 uplinks, or 3 nanohives, or remote explosives, proximity mines, and nanohives. I have a variant for installation/base defense/fortification. You should name your fits so you know the equipment slots you are getting. I just like using letters for the equipment slots so (RIN) is repair, injector, nanohive. ENP is remote (E)xplosive, nanohive, proximity mine. |

Good idea on the letters. I've been using "repair" "infantry support" and "boom"... sort of convoluted |

I run three different logi fits:
1. Type-II: Fit for speed with a drop uplink. Get in, drop the link and hack as many things as possible. I carry and injector in my second slot and an Exile AR.
2. Type-I: Typical revive, repair, resupply setup with mass driver for support. This is the suit I'm in most of the time. I'll be upgrading this to a Type-A by this evening.
3. Type-I BPO: Same as the above but an entirely BPO suit with Exile. I normally use this for ambush or when I have a crap team on skirmish.
I have been running scout for sniper hunting but may change that up to a Type-II. They have similar mobility and better defense. |

I have 3 main fittings for different situations (all have ridiculous names but, hey, personalized, right?
"Resurrection Medic"- Basic Type I suit with Nanohive, Nanite Injector, and Flux Repair Tool. "Team Spawn"- Type I suit with Nanohive, Drop Uplink, Flux Repair Tool "Knockin' Down Tree" (don't even ask)- Type I suit with Nanohive, Proximity Mines, Flux Repair Tool (also equipped with AV Grenades, this is my anti-vehicle setting)
I also have a Type II suit called "Slim Pickens" since it has reduced slots but better mobility. This one is equipped with a Nanohive and Repair Tool, for quick help and repair.

I'm still trying to get my logisuit skill to 3 to us the advanced models, so for now I'm stuck with the millitia logisuit. I'm mainly a rep and rez logi (millitia repper because it's good on dropsuits and my logi has enough CPU/PG to spare and millitia nanoinjector). I usually stay near a group and rep anyone with low HP, rezzing my downed allies. I also sometimes provide mid-to long range support w/ my tactical AR. |

I'm fairly new, have been running instant battles with randoms for the last few days and terminating/restarting furiously to get a feel for the role I want to play.
Pretty sold on being a Logi.
Describing militia gear setup because I'm just casually running around at the moment, my usual pattern is:
Open with Drop Uplink/Nanite Injector and find a solid place to defend spawns.
If Uplink is going strong, default to Repper/Nanite Injector and prioritise/hide behind heavies.
I tend to stick to AR because I've found it most effective in clearing an area before picking people up if that's required.
If there are supplies, I'll switch into starter AV fitting to take out vehicles then switch back. Because I'm running with randoms, I sometimes find myself having to switch to starter sniper and counter-sniping, because friendly snipers aren't getting it done. It's a role I'm good at but it's not my favourite and it doesn't suit the team for me to run around as a sniper long-term. I'm basically watching to see what's doing the most damage to the team and making removing that threat the focus, while keeping people alive on the way.
A lot of my points come from kills but I make sure not to let a downed team-mate wait while I blast things, so the shooting people is mostly due to lack of opportunity to pick people back up.
I'll experiment with explosives and piloting soon, and on the toons I've skilled into dropsuits, I add a nanohive to my Repper/Injector fitting as soon as I have three slots. |

grab a suit with three equipment slots, otherwise you may as well run an assault suit. World of difference in how you can play. As for others running injectors, GOOD! they can rez you if you go down. Good squads snipe the medic first to prevent killing the same heavy twice, bad ones ignore him and focus on the heavy I'm healing as he mows them down. |

I usually go Rep, Proto-Injectors (cause a Heavy that pops up with 80% health is basically a brand new Heavy), and Gauged Drop Uplinks.
Gauged uplinks are the only low cost uplinks that let you place more than one. So usually its one at the entrance to the main combat area, and one in a hot spot.
I sometimes use the Hive that heals (cheap lvl 2 one) but I've noticed that the Ammo+Health indicator that is supposed to appear in the display either doesn't show up, or is COMPLETELY invisible, so people just use it for ammo and don't notice the healing.
Also I'm a fan of the Mass Driver, I'm not good enough of a shooter to get a rapid fire headshot on a moving target while I'm moving too, so I just start lobbing explosives. |

Also, when you get 4 high slots, you will have the best ability to locate sensor dampened players. Depending on how things stack, and the mechanics, your proto suits will be able to pick up profiles <15. |

Nanohive in a high spot over looking a battle. You look down upon the funny colored dots who battle beneath you. The color red displeases you on high. And lo; You call forth a plague of explosions upon those who displease you.

I Run a "Balanced" Logibro at all times. Never using the same modules but using singular modules to their utmost effectiveness. This makes me extremely vulnerable without a proper squad backing me up. However since the golden rule for logibro's applies even if you run a Tank Logibro, I think it's an acceptable sacrifice.
Keep the faith. |
