Doctor told him there was no cure. Now he lives in extreme discomfort all because some jerk had something funny to say. A surgeon tried to sew it back, but it was never the same.......

I know that ISK isn't transferable from one game to another, but how exactly does the ISK giving work in dust at the moment?
