in all due seriousness, Corporations should be able to call FOUL and be able to (in some form or such) be able to punish such trechory with the up most scruteny. this behavor should NOT be enforced or alowed, HOWEVER, it should be able to "get away with" this behavior. please note that the Corporation should do this...not the devoloper. |

Unlike in EVE, you got the PSN account name of the traitor, and are free to hunt him/her characters down in-game.

corporatespionage is a totaly different beast. just trolling the player isn't enuff. i think placing a bounty system for corporations to hunt down these guys would Awesome. Hell, Dust 514 units could be used to envade the leaders ship and kill the captain to claim the bounty would be even more awesome. you could even comader the ship as well as steal (some) ISK via this act. EvE and Dust 514, working together to screw over the galaxy. AWESOME. |

thats why 2 psn accounts are a must if someone is a ashhole who steal corps of all assets and isk . he can make a empty corporation on one account . become a director on another account. steal money and join the corp of the first account transfer money and pouf he is rich |

and the corp would STILL know who the person is though. it wouldn't take much to put 2 and 2 together.
but talking about both EvE and Dust. a bounty system for Corps would be a way to bring justist...or atleast vengence. bounty corps would then take off as well. adding more chances at income to the game. |

Although not one of the most lucrative stunts pulled in Eve Online, the Guiding Hand Social Club heist deserves credit for involving an elaborate and meticulously executed act of espionage, unlike many Eve scams, which are essentially the equivalent of lending the keys to your apartment to a friend and coming home to find things missing. In this case, the Guiding Hand spent 10 months infiltrating the Ubiqua Seraph corporation, intent on targetting its CEO, Mirial. This effort was initiated on behalf of a client presumably seeking revenge on Mirial, and culminated with the destruction of Mirial's prize ship and escape pod, as well as the raiding of Ubiqua Seraph's corporate coffers.

The way capsuleer corporations control risk is to move sensitive assets to holding corps, or use wallet divisions to control access to fund. There is an extensive role management and access control system in place. Perhaps the same sort of thing would be useful in DUST514?
Set up a holding corporation (use one of the other character slots), transfer your funds to that corporation, then only bring stuff back to the corp wallet when it is needed.

Not only is this type of behavior allowed, New Eden (and its denizens) practically beg you to act on your greed - every single second you are logged on.
Take a can, trade a CONCORDOKKEN for some carebear's faction loot, and steal assets worth the equivalent of $29,000+ United States dollars. All this is within the bounds of EVE, and can be found nowhere else in the video game industry.
Yes, EVE got a Guinness for virtual theft. And as stated, perfectly legal within the game. |

ROFLing at this thread sooo hard.....Someone is really new to the world of New Eden or just is that oblivious to how things work. As a person with a Trader/scammer main in EVE i will personally congratulate your director for taking all of the ISK and running with it hahaha well done lad. Also read the EULA...it talks about us scammers.. LOL says somehting like...If you get scammed CCP wont help you :P |
