It never falls in, named after a guy No need to rotate, it fits the first try. So what is it then that has all these traits And also is found in all fifty states? The answer is: A Manhole Cover. Sorry for the late answer, folks. I was a little busy the past few days. You are correct, Artificer. Good work. Now for today's riddle:
There's been a blackout and it's late at night You need matching gloves, you don't have a light. There are several pairs scattered in your drawer You need to leave now and be out the door. There are four pairs of black and one pair of blue Three pairs are dark brown and of gray there are two. What's the minimum amount of gloves you'll need to take So one matching pair you're assured to make? |

Oh. Right. I wanted to answer earlier, but I forgot to. 11, If I'm right, lemme redo the math. :P
EDIT: Yea, 11 to make sure you got a right and left of the same color. But, if you really need gloves, you don't need them to match. :P |

11 is the right answer for my last riddle. Try this one:
Take seven letters all lined in a row Opposite meaning they're able to show. They stay in order, the letters they do They can make one word or they can make two. First nonexistent, never to be found Then ever present and always around. One is about time, they're both about place Separate the two by using a space. |

EDIT: Here's a riddle of my own. Not, like, original. I'm not so genius I can make up my own (But I'm pretty darn smart. And humble :D), but... Yea. xD
Take the letters D I S. Add one letter. Now you have 10. How?

Here are two questions each using three threes I'm sure you'll solve them with relative ease. Three plus three plus three always equals nine Or three thirty-three if placed in a line. Multiply, divide, add subtract or more Can you use three threes so they equal four? Three times three times three is twenty-seven Can you use three threes so they're eleven? |

There once was an evil wizard. He took 3 woman from their homes and turned them into rose bushes that looked exactly alike. He put them in his garden. One of the women had a husband and children and begged the wizard to let her see them. He agreed. At night, he brought the woman to her house. In the morning he came and took her home. One day the husband decided to go rescue her. So he snuck into the wizard's garden. He looked and looked at the 3 identical rose bushes trying to figure out which could be his wife. Suddenly, he knew the answer and he took his wife home. How did he know which rose bush was his wife? |

I got it. (:D) He saw that the leaves (Right word? Goodness, plural of LEAF.) of one of the flowers had no morning dew. This is because the plant was moved from the garden, to the mans house, back to the garden. |

The Wife said she was sleeping. The Cook was cooking breakfast. The Gardener was picking vegetables. The Maid was getting the mail. The Butler was cleaning the closet.
After they were done, the police instantly arrested the murderer. Who did it and how did they know?
