tanks are not nerfed they just are not finished, like tha damage mods dont work and other mods dont work. its just how it be right now. oh and everyone used the creo so it gets the nerf lol |

Creodone ar and marauders both seem over nerfed. Put breech damage somewhere between were it is now and was. And add a marauder skill(needs hav V, x8-12 multiplier) that adds 10% per level to main turret damage. That should make both usable, but not overly used. |

I agree I used a duvolle last patch because IDK maybe I didnt have the creo as much bonus damage as some so it wasnt doing me good but the nerf seemed a little extreme on how many numbers they removed from the damage is too much, which will just make people flock to a new flavor of the month gun instead of people using various weapons. |

The new flavor of the month will be tanks with large missile turrets. All missile turrets still have infinite range while the forge gun has had a hard limit imposed that not even the sharp shooter skill can add to. The explosions knock forge gun aim off so much as to make even running heavy at all any more completely useless, IMO.
The one true loadout is emerging as a shield tanked Assault w/ Swarms, SMG, AV/Flux grenades, nanohive. |

People need to realize that tanks weren't hit with the nerfbat like people think. I attribute this to not many people knowing what they are talking about since many tank users did it for teh lolz.
The only tank that had something taken away is really the marauder class. They no longer have the 50% damage buff, butt that will probably be reimplemented at some point. I don't think it should be to such a high degree tho. Maybe around 25%.
Railgun turrets traverse more slowly and on the railguns and missile launchers, projectile speed has been slowed down. Missile launcher ROF has been slowed down.
Turrets have been buffed in general.
Aside from the damage buff, none of this has been a nerf to tanks. People are simply able to use a larger variety of AV implements to attack tanks with such as flux grenades. |

Simply saying that there is one true fitting shows you are in a completely wrong mindset. I have found AV roles to be significantly better this build. |

That is an AV build, but one with a lock-on weapon that doesn't have to rely on aiming under fire and has no hard range limit. |

Ignatius, im not disputing the effectiveness of your AV build there. You know i respect your AV abilities as we have come head to head many times last build (a couple rounds there i was pretty drunk n i threw like 4 tanks at you lolz).
I laugh at people who stand outside of cover to shoot their swarms at me instead of shooting OVER the cover they are using while i put a railgun round in their face. common sense isnt so common i guess tho.
Again, like i said, i dont have a problem with your fitting. What i was pointing out was your statement about one true AV fit was wrong, as there is no god fit in this game. |

I won't be running heavy at all this build. Too much of an SP investment for too little return. Heavy weapon upgrades are 50% higher cost to train over Light Weapons. Might as well focus on swarms and maybe mass drivers instead.
I'll be focusing on Assault, Light weapons, and Sidearms. |

Used to ONLY run with a Creodron. But since they made me put my woobie down, I picked up the Duvolle and it's not to shabby.
If they keep the Creodron nerfed, then they need to bring the price down. |

The thing still puts out a stream of accurate sustained hip-fire. It may not be able to drop three proto's in one clip anymore but it still has a place, especially against scouts where spray and pray becomes necessary. |

all CCP had to do was reduce the Damage on Creo and the gun would of been fine but they messed with the Magazine, reload speed, range etc... it just really CCP does not understand Balance. or they did the the 5 nerfs on 1 gun so people use other guns in a beta. then when Open beta comes they will restore all the nerfs but the Damage nerf to the Creo.

Duvolle Tactical... I dare you to try it out. Its an amazing gun, with a max DPS of 500. However, that's if you're PERFECT. Most people get around 300, I get about 400 (if I score all my shots). |
