Any number above 1 means they earn more war points for other actions than they do for kills. (More than 50% of their war points are other actions)

Obviously i'm not going to dispute the fact i get a LOT of kills, but the basis of skill in a shooter in killing people, not holding circle or throwing down a nanohive/uplink for free points, or playing not to die.
