War points are not time based they are the points you get in game, i.e. +50 kill, +25 assist etc.

Never said you did, i'm just stating facts. It's not how much or how little weight it carries, because really it doesn't carry any at all. It doesn't prove you kill more than anyone else, it doesn't prove you don't hack objectives either. The only thing it proves with any certainty at all, is that each time you kill someone you score less WP than anyone else on the list.
